How was your experience renting our trailer?

We rented this trailer in August 2018 and were so happy with the result. It accommodated our family of five perfectly and made our camping vacation so much simpler. No more worrying about keeping coolers cold. No more dragging the kids to outhouses during the night. We’ve already booked our 2019 Glamping adventure. Thanks Cataway North!!

Being a senior and enjoying the outdoors tenting is no longer and option. Castaway enabled me to camp at Valens Park with friends and enjoy hiking,kayaking without the stress of pulling a trailer and even setting it up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free camping experience. The trailer was clean and beds were comfy for my old bones.

We highly recommend Castaway North to anyone requiring a trailer for their vacation. From out initial contact with Andrew we were impressed with his attention to our holiday needs. He delivered the trailer we had selected to our campsite in a timely fashion and it was completely ready for us when we arrived to begin our vacation. The trailer was equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, and some personal amenities. Included was a mat outside the trailer and a BBQ to complete a very relaxing and needed vacation. When we needed his assistance in any way, Andrew responded promptly to help us. We would recommend Castaway North to anyone wishing a hassle free holiday.

We rented the 2018 Coachmen Freedom Express 23 TQX at Pinery. The owner was very accommodating and helpful and the trailer was stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend renting from Castaway North, we loved renting trailers that we decided to buy one of our own. Renting is the best if you want to try it out to see if you enjoy Glamping!!

We were first timers with the trailer experience.
As seniors we love the idea of being in a provincial park and having lots of trails to enjoy. We ventured into the world of camping in a trailer and were delighted with the ease of our new “tiny house in the woods” experience.
We would definitely enjoy doing it again .
The owners were so helpful with orientating us to fully appreciate the features of the trailer!

We’ve had three glamping experiences with Castaway North. Each time it has been exceptional. Everything set up and ready to go upon our arrival. The trailer itself in immaculate condition. Would highly recommend and will definitely be renting again. Thank you Castaway North, you make camping stress-free.

We rented our 2021 Apex Nano Off-Grid trailer through outdoorsy. It was supplied by a local company called Castaways North. We ran into a snag when the trailer we originally rented got damaged and was held up in Quebec City for repairs (we’re in southern Ontario). Andrew Gallagher came to our rescue. He was very forthcoming with the news, and when he realized our party was small, he suggested substituting the Apex Nano Off-Grid. No change in price. Being first time renters, we were careful to ask before wrenching too hard and wrecking something. Andrew was super polite, helpful, and most importantly when you’re trying to set up - AVAILABLE! His answers were quick and detailed, and we were all set up quickly. Ours was an unserviced site, so having the propane fridge, and lighting that ran off of solar batteries made our stay extra ‘luxurious’! We usually spend quite awhile finding a place for everything and putting everything in its place when we’re tenting. With this we just had to pack our stuff into the trailer and fridge, and GO!

Hi Andrew,
I just wanted to send you a note to say thank you for the use of your trailer this weekend. It was a wonderful weekend and we found everything to be just as expected in the trailer. The kids were especially thankful for the comfy beds. I appreciated the hard sides when it rained each night!
Both you and your wife were so friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic first trailer experience for us, and no doubt it won’t be the last!
It is a lot of work for you guys, and we appreciate all you did to make our weekend a lot more fun (and dry!!!)

We are a family of 4. The trailer we rented was perfect for our needs. 2 bunks and a queen bed. Didn't need to convert table into a bed. We rented for only 3 nights but could have stayed longer. Package included everything we needed minus covers for beds. We stayed at Harrison Park in Owen Sound which is a great location if you are wanting to visit Sauble Beach. Parks showers were always being cleaned and even in a thunderstorm we stayed dry. Lots to do there and only 2.5 hours away. This was important to us as use of washroom in trailer was left for middle of the night needs. I would recommend Andrew's service. Was always easy to get in contact with and even quickly returned a stuffed animal that was left in our trailer.
